The inaugural Linley Tech Mobile Conference was held on April 19–20 in San Jose, California. This two-day, single-track conference featured technical presentations addressing system design for mobile devices such as tablet computers, smartphones, navigation devices, media players, handheld games, and e-book readers.
The Linley Group opened the conference with an overview of the market, technologies, equipment-design, and silicon trends for designers of mobile devices. The remainder of the program included talks and panel discussions covering a broad range of topics including the following:
